We sincerely regret any inconvenience that you may have experienced by the unfortunate cancellation of Teknowledge's Circular Logic event in Los Angeles this past weekend. 3B was more than ready to throw down a wicked set for the LA heads that night and was equally disappointed to learn that the event had been shut down. His thoughts are with the SI crew during what must be a very difficult time for them.
The promoters of Circular Logic, Teknowledge Events, have issued public apologies to ticket purchasers for the March 1st Circular Logic event in downtown LA, with some information about how to go about obtaining a refund if you bought your tickets online via GrooveTickets prior to the show. We wanted to forward that info (and some links) along to you all ... please note that, according to the promoters, there is currently no stated means for obtaining a refund if you purchased tix at the door.

To request a refund of your prepurchased ticket, please visit GrooveTickets and contact their Customer Service Department. You will need to submit a request for a full refund due to the cancellation of the show. Here's the link to submit a request for a refund: service.tixmart.com/index.php
You will need the transaction number and other details pertaining to your ticket purchase in order to submit your request. Please note that GrooveTickets has represented on their site that they will ONLY provided refunds for the face value of the ticket if the event was canceled, and not for any other reason. So, please make the fact that the event was canceled abundantly clear in your request for a refund.

"Groovetickets is a service that provides you with tickets to events. We do not operate these events and cannot control unforeseen circumstances which may occur at an event. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as this is a binding contract
between yourself and Groovetickets.
All sales are final. No refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made. Unforeseen circumstances beyond Groovetickets control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or
national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies.
Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder,without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions. Ticket holder
is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change. Ticket holder is aware that amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed by Groovetickets and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, gifts, express entry, special areas, celebrity guests.
Customer Inquiries: All customer service is handled via e-mail. In order to open an inquiry with Groovetickets, the customer must submit a trouble ticket to service.tixmart.com. All inquiries related to attended events must be made within five days following the event. Will Call: Tickets must be picked up at the venue unless otherwise noted. Tickets left at will call will not be refunded. You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket, a valid state issued picture ID, and your "e-ticket" receipt. If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have the aforementioned items in your possession at the time and place of pickup, you will not receive a
refund for this purchase.
If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket(s).
If the event is postponed, you must contact Groovetickets within five days following the originally scheduled date via trouble ticket inquiry at: service.tixmart.com in order to request a refund for the face value of the ticket(s); failure to do so will waive your right to a refund.
Shipping: The shipping fee and the service fee are nonrefundable. Tickets cannot be shipped to PO Box Addresses. Delivery requires a signature. Allow up to 5 business days for delivery. Continental U.S. residents only. Tickets will be delivered to the billing address of the credit card. If you enter an undeliverable address you will not receive a refund.
